Training for the Emergency Response Team consists of 2-full 8 hour days of going over possible scenarios and how to address these scenarios in the field. You have to at least go on 1 on-call in order to be fully qualified as an emergency response team member.

The dress code for YWCA is business casual such as nice top and jeans.
