Experience:

Ann J. Kellogg - Student Support Specialist (July 2018 - Current)

I am currently a Student Support Specialist at Ann J. Kellogg, in Battle Creek, MI. My job description includes, but not limited to: crisis and trauma worker with a main focus for at-risk children grades 3rd through 5th, creating behavior intervention plans, behavior monitoring, and providing support to the high-frequency behavior classrooms and students and staff when and if needed.

Gryphon Place (January 2018- April 2018) **Internship**

I am currently an intern at Gryphon’s Place. My internship includes: crisis worker, suicidal prevention, sexual assault services, and transferring relays. Through the many obligations of the internship, I also provide support for my team if need be when dealing with a crisis on the phone.

YWCA (September 2017-December 2017) **Field Experience**

YWCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and their families going though some form of trauma. Specifically, my focus dealt with women who were or have been domestically assaulted by their partner. It is my departments job to go see the survivor of the domestic assault and let them know about YWCA and our resources while providing support.

Kindercamp Counselor at Sherman Lake YMCA (June 2017-August 2017):

A half-day program that is designed to introduce the basic fundamentals of camp life to children ranging from the ages of 3 years old to 5 years old. Through Kindercamp children were introduced to farm animals, fire building, archery, bouldering, swimming, and a great range of camp activities.

Server: Olive Garden Server (October 2016-Current):

I create communication with my customers and make sure their orders came out correct and in a timely manner. Through multitasking throughout my shift, I obligate myself to do side work, maintain a clean section, and helping make sure other team members food gets out quick and efficient.

Server: Idler Riverboat (May 2016-September 2017):

I was responsible for communicating with my customers to make sure their order was what they wanted it to be, deliver their food and beverages, make sure the guests were taken care of throughout their dining experience, and manage at times large numbers of guests for parties.
